Responsibilities
- Leading the global Customer Success team by setting the strategy – hiring, training, and developing a world-class team.
- Owning the department roadmap, milestones & KPIs.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Partnering closely with sales and marketing teams to define goals and leverage our products and services to achieve them.
- Setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and setting deadlines.
- Overseeing day-to-day operation, monitoring team performance, and reporting on metrics.
- Audit accounts, study customer escalations and develop a deeper understanding of customer concerns.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of client-facing experience in a SaaS/web/tech/ company.
- A passion for customers and service.
- Ability to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
- Experience building and managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong customer advocate with the ability and willingness to engage directly with customers
- The skills to be a data-driven decision-maker, with a willingness to experiment and iterate.
- An optimistic attitude, a strong passion for your work, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to positively influence your peers and team.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, dependencies, and bottlenecks, providing escalations management, anticipating, and making trade-offs.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work in an ambiguous environment with high attention to detail.
- Technical understanding of the Adtech industry.
